Sustainability Summit
This initiative was started with the intent of introducing Sustainability in a more relatable manner to the youth and the general public of Sri Lanka, focusing on not only the solely technical aspects of Sustainability but taking a more holistic approach to the concept. Hence, the initiative was structured as a multi-phased project, with each phase and subproject of this initiative emphasizing on different aspects of Sustainability.


Know Your Way
Know Your Way was an initiative to help those who are interested in online business yet doesn’t know where to start, with this project we were hoped to give the basic knowledge of how to start and maintain online business, this session was conducted by Mr. Jude Stephen Founder and CEO at Stephen Innovation (PVT) LTD, with Mr. Stephen guidance and his experience the Know Your Way project was successfully concluded.

Make It Count
A Professional development project organized by the Rotaract Club of Kadawatha, NIBM, University Alumni, and Wattala together with Spot.lk, in order to give an insight into how to plan and coordinate one’s life along with their career. The speaker for the night was Karen Mitchell, Senior Director of Product of Optum Virtual Health and Product manager of Three Bridge Solutions.
The project went live on Zoom where Karen shared her knowledge and insights on how we can adapt and align our careers towards our ambitions while sharing her own personal experiences with the audience. The main focus points of the webinar were as follows.
The right move in the life or career during this time
How to bounce back from a setback ; be it work-related or the personal life
Managing professional interactions so as to not have them hinder our personal life.
Managing major life events so the work-life will be a harmonious entity


She Saves
“She Saves” is a joint business webinar for professional development and community economic development which is a guidance to learn facts for financial management exclusively for women.
The project is initiated by Rotaract clubs of Centennial United, Excellence, Ja-ela Kandana, Katugastota region, Negombo, NIBM, Pamunugama, RIC, UOCFMF, wattala along with Leo club of wattala which featured Mrs. Menik Fernando, the CEO of Vanguard Survey PVT Ltd.

The New Normal
New Normal is a joint initiative to create awareness on the changes and new trends taking place in the corporate world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. As many undergrads are stepping into the corporate world it is important that they are aware and educated.
