Rotaract Culture Coaster
The project 360° Rotaract Culture Coaster was initiated as a platform for the Rotaract Club of NIBM to interact with International clubs one at a time and get know each others clubs. The main motive of the project 360° Rotaract Culture Coaster is to build fellowship and create a friendly relationship between many foreign clubs.
The event is organized as a virtual session using google meet as the platform to stream. During the session the main activity that takes place is the exchange of culture of both the clubs with each other. This happens in many forms as we use power point presentations and videos to make it more interactive. Within the presentation media files the main tourist attractions of each others countries, main historical attractions and their cultural values and also about food, clothing as such are included. From our next phase onwards a small interactive quiz session will be held so that everyone from both the clubs can enjoy the ending and have fun.

Public Speaking
The Rotaract Club of Madhyapur organized the Public Speaking project, where participants from five different Rotaract clubs delivered speeches on given topics during a Google Meet. The objective was to enlighten the audience, consisting of 100+ Rotaractors from different districts, about the effects related to the given topics. The project lasted for one day, with each speech lasting approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Rtr. Nidusha and rtr. Abdul Rahman represented the Rotaract Club of NIBM, delivering speeches on Artificial Intelligence, the impact of ChatGPT, and the fear of failure. The club received well-deserved appreciation for their presentations. Following the public speaking session, a fellowship meeting was held with the Rotaract Club of Dombivli Suncity, where the exchange of letterheads took place as part of the project.

Project Aya/Aaina
Aya was a project initiated by the Rotaract District 3220 along with the Hemas corporation in the hopes of bringing sanitation for the low income family women. The Rotaract clubs of NIBM, Colombo Uptown, Colombo Regent, Colombo Reconnections, Moratuwa Alumni volunteered to be host clubs of the project. The desired amount of phases to be conducted for the project were nearly 10 though with the time constraints the project had to be limited to a small project with two phases. Both the phases took place in Anuradhapura on the 1st april in two different areas in Anuradhapura.
