Project Technica
Project Technica was an initiative by the RACNIBM in which we educated the rotaractors on the simple tech skills/ tips and tricks on photography and editing (phase 1) and videography and editing (phase 2).
this project was carried out keeping in mind that the individuals will require this knowledge in their workplace.
A total of 180 participants joined for this session.
session 1 was carried out by Mr Shian Fernando and session 2 was carried out by AHM media.
Getting Linked with LinkedIN
The project focused on teaching young individuals how to leverage LinkedIn for their professional lives. The main objectives were to help them build their personal brand on the platform, connect with professionals, and find relevant job opportunities. The project also highlighted the Do’s and Don’ts of using LinkedIn effectively.
Encorepreneur
The Rotaract Club of NIBM, along with the Rotaract Club of APIIT and the Entrepreneurs Club of APIIT, organized a webinar series featuring successful entrepreneurs from different industries. The first session featured Mr. Shiran Salgado, the founder of SEBASTCO, who emphasized that passion, commitment, and hard work are essential for starting a venture. The second session had Ms. Lonali Rodrigo, the founder of House of Lonali, who highlighted the importance of following one’s passion. Both sessions provided valuable information for the audience to leverage in their own entrepreneurial journeys.
Art Oratoire
Art oratoire was a public speaking project conducted by Rahul attanayake on the 3rd December. this project focused on how individuals can overcome stage fright and deliver a speech in front of a large audience.
