Orienta 23'

Orientation 23.1 of the Rotaract Club of National Business Management (RACNIBM), the primary focus was on the official induction of new members into the organization. The program’s overarching goal was to foster a sense of unity among individuals who were initially strangers, ultimately creating a closely-knit community. This involved providing an in-depth orientation that covered the core principles of Rotaract as a community-oriented volunteer organization. Furthermore, the program aspired to furnish participants with a distinctive platform for cultivating their leadership and teamwork skills. This was accomplished through a series of interactive sessions and workshops, which provided attendees with a remarkable opportunity to not only enhance their existing capabilities but also to gain practical insights into the realms of effective team management and leadership.

The first phase of Orientation 23.1 of the Rotaract Club of the National Institute of Business Management (RACNIBM) which took place on July 29th, was primarily focused on the official induction of new members into the Club. The session commenced with informative presentations about the Rotaract Club of NIBM and Rotaract District 3220, offering insights into the structure and broader context of Rotaract. To foster a friendly and engaging atmosphere, an icebreaker activity was introduced, which noticeably lifted the spirits of all participants, creating a sense of enthusiasm for the day ahead. Following the icebreaker, the session delved into a comprehensive exploration of what Rotaract stands for and its potential impact on society. This segment aimed to provide members with a deeper understanding of the organization’s mission and principles. Subsequently, members were introduced to the various avenues within the Rotaract Club of NIBM, with each avenue’s director presenting their role and objectives. Moreover, the executive team of RACNIBM introduced themselves to the new members, allowing everyone to become familiar with the leadership and key roles within the organization.
